The Medicaid Extension for Young AdultsThe Medicaid Extension for Young Adults (MEYA) provides continued Medicaid coverage for adolescents that meet the following requirements: • was living in a DYFS-paid placement on his or her 18th birthday and • meets Medicaid eligibility requirements except for income
