“The Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) is a federally-mandated evaluation of New Jersey's child welfare system to assess performance in achieving outcomes for safety, permanency, and well-being for children and families. As part of that evaluation, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) is reaching out to Youth to participate in an electronic survey
on how our work benefits children and families. Direct
